​​Over the past decade, I’ve worked closely with businesses at every stage, from newly registered startups to mature companies preparing for their next leap.

I’ve led audits for listed entities, managed end-to-end financial planning, structured funding deals, improved working capital cycles, and designed strategic reporting frameworks. I’ve helped businesses tighten their budgets when every rupee mattered, and scale when growth outpaced structure.

Through it all, I saw a pattern: founders are constantly pulled in too many directions, expected to make big decisions without clear numbers or a trusted thought partner.
